Many people often associate good nutrition only with numerous food prohibitions. In fact, proper nutrition is a whole philosophy that allows you to revitalize your body, as well as to choose for yourself not only useful, but also tasty foods. Today we will tell you about the basic rules of healthy eating.

1. Fractional nutrition.

It is not necessary to go to extremes and eat every 2 hours – it is only a matter of not having to endure hunger and it is better to allow yourself a light snack than to overeat. Portions should be moderate.

  1. You should always start the day with breakfast, because in the morning the metabolism is most active. Surely you have noticed on your own example that, having had a thorough breakfast, during the day you do not often think about how to satisfy hunger.

3. Vegetables and fruits are the best basis for good nutrition. Fruits and vegetables contain many invaluable vitamins, trace elements and fiber, which normalize the gastrointestinal tract. Since the digestion of such food spends additional energy, that something is deposited on the stomach or other problem areas is out of the question.

  1. If you can not deny yourself in meat – we will not insist!) Just advise you to choose lean veal or poultry fillets. Of course, of great importance is the portion size, as well as what you combine the meat with. Avoid combining meat with pasta, it is better to complement the meat with vegetables that you like.
  2. Try to include fermented milk products in your daily diet. Cottage cheese, as well as hard varieties of cheese – the healthiest products. Note that it is best to watch the percentage of fat in such products, and if you, for example, adhere to a diet, then make a choice in favor of products with low fat content.
  3. Water. It is extremely important to consume enough water. It is usually recommended to consume 1.5 – 2 liters of water per day. However, you should be guided by your weight and, of course, your needs. Remember that without water it is impossible to cleanse the intestines in a timely manner. Most advise to drink in the morning.
  4. Try not to abuse salt and sugar. Sugar sharply increases blood glucose, and then also sharply reduces it, which leads to a false sense of hunger, and therefore to overeating. Salt also retains fluid in the body, which leads to edema.

We want to especially note: if you have previously eaten not too deliberate and now would like to revise their gastronomic habits, do not drastically change the diet – most likely, not withstanding the abrupt change in nutrition, you will leave this venture. It is best to come to a proper, healthy diet gradually, introducing all changes gradually.

Only at first glance, proper nutrition seems to be an impossible task, with the right, rational approach, gradually all the rules of PP organically fit into your life and quickly become a habit.

We wish you healthy eating habits!)
